Beyond the Game Youth Leadership Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through leadership development, social-emotional learning, sports psychology, mentorship, and educational enrichment.

We believe athletics can be a powerful vehicle for teaching life skills that extend far beyond the playing field. Our programs help students build confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership capacity, and a growth mindset that supports success in school, sports, careers, and life.
